The Bramble Bar & Kitchen, a restaurant and an international meeting point where you can enjoy typical products of Italian cuisine, coupled with some dishes of Anglo-American tradition.
This combination of flavors and traditions is not only present in the menu choice, but also in the environments that recreate the concept of local, always open, Anglo-American tradition; a unique setting that includes different receptions, lunch, cocktail bar, to finish with dinner.

Everything is born from the project of the Proietti Family, which already owns some of the most important facilities in the center of Rome, such as Alessandro Palace and Alessandro Downtown. Frequent trips around the world, preferably for English speaking destinations, lead to the idea of a project that can recreate the atmosphere of American spaces in the Roman framework.

The location of the restaurant is strategic, a stone’s throw from Termini, well connected with the center and in a context of offices and embassies; This also denotes the twofold aspect: a point of reference for tourists in Rome with suggestions of typical Italian cuisine (from pasta to carbonara, amatriciana etc) and important point for Romans with proposals for a fast but healthy break lunch and lover of good food, with the rapture of the English and American tradition. In the evening menu, in addition to classic dishes, pizza, and burgers, there are fish specialties that on Tuesdays and Fridays live real culinary experiments on Chef Bruno’s idea, able to impress the most demanding palates.

A preponderant part of it is in the choice of furnishings, with a large counter, reserved for drinks ranging from wines with a selection of red and white wines, to get to the precious distillates, through fancy cocktails ideal for an aperitif or a late checkout.
The multicultural environment, interior and exterior scenery, air-conditioned lounge, kitchen brigade proposals, led by two Bruno and Paris chefs, the hospitality of the Proietti family and its staff, are elements of The Bramble Bar & Kitchen a place to discover, live and attend on multiple occasions.
